    I am going to see if I can find the book and read it. I’ve been a chubbikins naturally all my life, however, the one diet that did work for many years was from the John Hopkins University and it was all about balance in food/exercise. I kept a great deal of weight off for 5-6 yrs. Alas, after retiring I didn’t move as much and I along the line developed asthma. I am a chubbikins again. This is really the only ‘healthy’ (non faddish and scientifically proven as effective) diet that I have ever seen that does not call for exercise. I still walk, but certainly not at an aerobic pace. I’ll have a read in any case. Thanks for the posts.
