Hi Dr. Chana, if anyone is interested, The Chopra Centre (Deepak Chopra) has a 21 day winter meditation starting Monday, Feb. 20. It is free to register and here is the link/URL http://www.chopracentermeditation.com/bestsellers/MEDITATION_WINTER_2012/register.asp the link to invite your friends to the meditation is https://www.chopracentermeditation.com/bestsellers/MEDITATION_WINTER_2012/invite.asp. I participated in the previous 21 day meditation and I found them to be very beneficial. They were guided meditation/visualizations and well worth the investment of time – usually between 20 – 30 minutes a day, and if you missed a day you could go in an do it for up to 10 days.
    Thank you for sharing! 🙂

  2. On Sunday nights Erin Jaimes hosts a blues jam where anyone
